Trout Pout Butter London Nail Lacquer

Butter London says their Trout Pout Nail Lacquer Pale and retro, this opaque cantaloupe nail lacquer looks great on anyone.

Trout Pout was from the spring summer 2012 collection and is the colour of the meat of a trout a coral. It is not my fav butter by far it chips easily, is streaky, is really hard to apply quite runny and only lasts a day. Butter says it pale I really do not think it is to me it was really quite bright coral colour (see pic below).  Redeeming feature it is very summery.

As butter Loves to use British slang as names for their polishes I have decided to translate what they mean as I happen to be a Brit and know what they stand for as I have noticed a lot of people who are not British seem to be getting the wrong end of the stick when it comes to meanings.

So Trout Pout is slang for when a person over does the collagen injection into their lips and they look abnormally big and they come out looking like a trout.

Cream Tea Butter London Nail Lacquer

Butter London says that their cream tea nail polish is a Barely there and ever-so-sweet. Pale and creamy, this lacquer is an alternative to your standard clear or sheer pink nail lacquer.

At the moment according to vogue there is a trend for white nails this summer it is suggested that instead of opting for a bright white colour as you could end up looking like a WAG, you should opt for a creamier more transparent colour that will look more mature such as Butters Cream tea as you can see it is not bright white but a nice creamy colour as the name suggests. 

To me the colour really reflex's the name it is very similar to the colour of the clotted cream that I have on top of my scone during tea on a summer day when I visit my grandmother.

Why I love designer Jeans and why you should own a pair too?

I was never a big jeans person until I spent time in California and found the wonderful world of designer denim the denim that was available in the UK at the time was just poor from fit cut shape and size. I now own a few pairs of designer jeans and have to say once you have tried a designer jean you will never ever go back to thoses awful jeans on the high street.

I am always asked why would anyone want to spend that much on a pair of jeans well mine first came from been unable to find jeans to fit a very small waist and big hips and most designer jeans have a hourglass in mind so a 24 inch waist jean will have a 34 inch hip, a 25 inch waist jean will fit a 35 inch hip. as I have a 24 inch waist and a 36 inch hip I normally wear a 25 inch waist jean but a 23/24 in 7 for all mankind as they are big.

My Fav brand are J Brand they are the best jeans ever they have a range called bombshell which is curvy fit which has a more generous cut around the legs and hips and with a contoured waistband to hug the bodys natural curves. I wear 24 in most colours and a 25 in the black jeans as balck jeans are always tighter.

26 (HH) inch bra back Ewa Michalak CHP Malwa

The last bra from the haul is the CHP Malwa (girl in the bra is not me, from Ewa website) 

This bra is a Padded half-cup bra in snow white, covered with subtle lace with flowery embroidery in place of traditional bows it is such a lovely bra and my fav out of the four. This is the new a CHP shape and the centre sits between a HP and a PL and I have got to say this a amazing fit and really suits my shape and the cups fit very well. This bra is perfect in a 26 inch back as this bra does not stretch very far at all.

26 (HH) inch bra back Ewa Michalak HP Cieluś

The next bra is the HP Cieluś 

This bra is a great T shirt bra is nearly invisible under shirts. This is also a HP and as I love EM HP as they really suit my shape cups fit very well. This bra is perfect in a 26 inch back. The fit is almost identical to HP Koktajl in a 26HH.

The next bra is the HP Bella 

This bra is also beautiful with lots of pink lace over a brownish back ground with loads of bows and pink ribbon. I love EM HP as they really suit my shape. Again when I order it again I will defo need to order a 24 inch back as it is quite stretchy.

26 (HH) inch bra back Ewa Michalak PL Black

I have been wearing my new Ewa michalak bras for a while now so I now have know how they fit me.

The first bra I will start with is the PL Black This bra is is beautiful with the black lace over a nude back ground. This is the first plunge bra that has ever fitted in the cup usually they never fit or suit my shape but this one did. One thing is when I order it again I will defo need to order a 24 or even a 22 if it can be done inch back as it is very stretchy.

26 Inch Bra back, Bikini options

Its that time of year again when us girls start thing about that dreaded B word 'BIKINI', Its bad enough if your average size but what do you do if your like me when your bra size is only availible by special order and a bikini is unheard of?

Well there are brands you can try 

This is my fav bikini 

The Miss Mandalay Boudoir beach ice white I have it in a 28GG and a XS (bottoms) it is too big in the back and I should adjust it  but this is great for doing swimming and some activities on the beach

Second is the Polka Dot Halterneck Bikini Set by SlinkyDip in Blue and yellow versions 
(PS the material has been ordered in pink and black excited YAY!!)

these bras are mixed back size and cup size and are not for use while doing beach or water sport activities there are no wires in these bikinis so are best for sun bathing and sitting by the pool they look fab on and I love them (there is also a zebra version which I may get), I find I love the yellow the most but if the pink comes out that may well change. 

The Blue is slightly bigger then the yellow in the top and bottoms but not much that it make's a whole lot of difference.

Next was my first bra sized bikini by Faubourg cant remember where it came from but it is years old and still going strong great for my water sports as it is almost full cup I love surfing and wakebaording in summer and this bikini is amazing under a wetsuit or a rash vest and board shorts and I also have a matching rash vest.

Next is my Miss Mandalay Paisley the fit or this is not the same as the Boudoir beach the cups are much smaller even for the same size 28GG show the discrepancys in size even with in the same brand the back size and a tad bit bigger then the Boudoir beach. 

 

And in last place is my freya bikinis they are just too big in the band and this is why they are in last place the fit of the cups is great so I think I am going to have to sell them on ebay as they have not been worn (I will show you why)

they are just way to big in the back and as a 24/26 inch back it is just too big I really need to adjust them. 

 

As you can see they are quite a lot bigger then bikini's that is surpose to be the same size and has been worn for years where as they freyas have not been worn at all they also still have their tages so I think I may as well sell them on ebay.

26 inch bra back Ewa Michalak haul

I have just recived 4 ewa bras in a 26 HH (55 HH), I will write individual rewiews of each bra this week one I have road tested them, as they all fit very differently and the tightness of the back in each one is different but I think that comes down to the different materials, these are the best construted bras I have ever owned the seams are perfectly stright.

When your busty like myself a cover up camisole is a must have, but a lot of the time a full camisole is quite annoying as the rid up under your clothes leaving unsightly bulges. My 26 (HH) inch bra from Ewa Michalak HP Koktajl

At the moment I have two Ewa Michalak bras one in a 26 HH and one in a 28 GG (which was too big in the back so they said they can make a 26 inch back for me and told me to go for a HH instead of a H and they were right the fit is amazing) and have four more on order.

Having a bra that fits is the best thing in the world I could go down to a 24 but I think I will stick with the 26 this bra has made so much of a difference no more wires rubbing no more bra backs ridding up the back no more wires in the under arms. The bras are so well made and the lace over the bra is amazing the bra is soft and comfortable and the best thing is they are slightly padded not for size but for shape. I cant say how much I have fallen in love with Ewa Michalak bras so I've ordered four more.

My daily skin care routine for Combination Skin

What I do twice every day 



First (Cleanse)
I start with my facial cleanser Palmarosa Facial Wash this face cleanser deeply cleanses combination skin.  Removes impurities without stripping away natural oils. I think it is fab 5 out of 5.

Second (Tone)
I use a toner which is Purifying Palmarosa Toner A gently astringent toner to cleanse and sweep up last traces of make-up and grime. With toning alpine willowherb and clarifying mahonia to help balance excess oils and leave skin feeling refreshed and revitalised. 
Love this toner takes all my make up away with out drying the skin or making it oily.

Third (Treat)
I use a treatment gel to balance my combination skin 
Clarifying Mahonia Skin Gel is a purifying treatment to restore balance to blemished skin.

Really does work stops dry and oily patches all day would really recommend if your skin is like mine 

Last (Moisturiser)

I use two moisturisers one for the day and one at night.

During the day I use Purifying Palmarosa Daily Moisture which is a Mattifying moisturiser for Combination skin. Its a lightweight, easily absorbed blend of palmarosa, alpine willowherb and elemi helps balance excess oils, purify and nourish skin I also mix this with my lily lolo flawless matte to make a perfect base for my make up.

Then at night Purifying Palmarosa Night Cream a restorative, oil-balancing night time treatment, with a purifying blend of palmarosa, mahonia, alpine willow herb and aloe vera. 

Leaves skin really soft and mattifed in the morning.
